Description

I ordered this item for my Android 4.1 netbook as it said it would work with Linux OS's. It does not work with this OS so I tried using the first one ordered on my Vista enabled machine. It connected with errors and then promptly died. I contacted the company and was asked for a copy of my receipt which I could mail or email to them. I opted for the email and was issued a tracking number for a replacement to be sent out. The replacement arrived and is working as expected. It still does not work with Android 4.1 but works with my Vista OS. The overall reliability of this device is questionable due to my first experience, but the customer service is very good with a no questions asked approach. This may indicate a known problem with this device. So a 3 star rating was given mostly for the customer service.
